At Ringers Western, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then place them securely in a mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
